Service Tech Heating & Air Conditioning completed the relocation of an outdoor air conditioning condensing unit at the homeowner's request. The existing location of the unit was creating challenges for planned exterior improvements and limiting access around the side of the home. After evaluating the property and determining the best new placement, our technicians carefully disconnected the equipment and prepared the new installation site. Refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and system components were extended and modified as needed to ensure proper operation and compliance with manufacturer specifications. Once the condenser was securely installed in its new location, we pressure-tested the system, verified refrigerant performance, inspected all electrical connections, and completed a full operational startup. Special attention was given to maintaining proper airflow clearances and ensuring the unit remained easily accessible for future maintenance and service. The project was completed efficiently with minimal disruption to the homeowner and property. After installation, we reviewed the work with the customer and confirmed that the system was cooling properly and operating at peak performance. The homeowner was pleased with the improved layout, enhanced accessibility, and the professional workmanship provided by our experienced HVAC team.
