We performed a thorough flame sensor cleaning and flame signal check on the heating system. The furnace heat was off when we arrived, but after service, the flame signal jumped to 3 DC microamps (up from 0.5), and the furnace is now heating perfectly. The customer signed up for our HVAC maintenance plan, ensuring ongoing furnace reliability, preventive care, and peace of mind all winter long.
